Original shapes appear in blue and
light green, smoothed
shapes - in red. In these examples, the red corrected
shape overlays a light green version of the original to demonstrate differences
between the two.
Arrows
To draw an arrow, first put the
straight line, then add "angles" close to its ends

riteShape - Automatic Shape Alignment
This page illustrates just a few
features of the new automatic shape alignment technology included in riteShape.
|

If two or more circles or rectangles
seem to be positioned along a horizontal or a vertical line, their size and center
positions are adjusted.
|
|

If a circle or rectangle is drawn
inside another circle or rectangle around approximately the same point, the inner
figure is made concentric with the outer.
|
|

Connecting lines and arrows between
shapes are aligned to fit the shapes' boundaries.
|
|

If some straight lines are drawn
to get a table-like grid, the ends of lines are adjusted.
|
|

If polygons' vertexes appear to
belong to other shapes, the position of these vertexes is adjusted.
|
|

If two polygonal shapes (a quadrangle
and a triangle, for example) appear to have a common side, those shapes are brought
together.
